An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Responsive Repairs Unit, Housing & Communities to support the implementation of a new Repairs Management Solution. This is a full-time (37 hours a week) post supporting service improvement activity across the repairs function.
About the job
You will support the Project Manager with implementation of the new Repairs Management Solution, working with colleagues and stakeholders to capture requirements and embed new ways of working.
- Support the Project Manager with planning, implementation and delivery of the Repairs Management System
- Map current “as is” process maps through interviews and workshops
- Create “to be” process maps which clearly define the new way of working in the new repairs management solution
- Write and maintain clear process and procedure documentation for the project with support of the Project Manager
- Support change activity (communications, user guidance and feedback) to all officers and stakeholders affected
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to support service improvement.
What We Are Looking For From You
You will have extensive experience in an analytical, project support or business analyst role, ideally within a housing-related environment. You will be organised, able to manage your workload by delivering to agreed deadlines, and confident engaging with colleagues to understand and clearly document how work is done.
You must be able to work on your own initiative, produce accurate written documentation and clear process maps. You will be comfortable working as part of a team, showing a willingness to assist others and a commitment to meeting shared objectives.
