Cardiff Council is seeking an Asset Manager who will assist with data collection, analysis, and asset lifecycle planning of its housing stock.

About the job

This position is within the Homes and Neighbourhoods Team, which is responsible for the maintenance and repair of homes, the planning and execution of major capital projects, and compliance with all statutory requirements.

The role emphasises precise information recording and innovative reporting to support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard 2023 as well as several other statutory obligations.

What We Are Looking For From You

We seek a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in social housing and be confident in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. They must possess strong asset management skills, work well with teams and partners, and excel at presenting complex information.

This post is temporary until 31st March 2026.
