Assisting the Catering Manager at Lanishen High School in all aspects of the business and service activities. This is a multi site facility with two dining halls and a busy sixth form area.
Deputising in the absence of the Catering manager.

Supporting the Catering manager in the supervision of staff, including allocation of duties, work rotas and training.
Organisation and supervision of the food service and promotion of the service to customers.
Oversee food production including menu planning, food preparation, portion control, presentation and service.
Supervision and control of hygiene and health and safety.

Additional information
The post is 35 hours, 39 weeks weeks per year. The salary shown however relates to 37 hours per week 52 weeks per year and will therefore pro-ratad accordingly.
The post is subject to Disclosure and Barring service Enhance checks.
