About The Service
The Community Resource Team (CRT) is an integrated Health and Local authority service run by Cardiff Council Independent Living service and Cardiff and Vale UHB. Our team is based across the city and consists of various social care and health professionals.
The CRT provides help to adults (over the age of 18) living in Cardiff who need support to stay independent, within their own homes.
About the job
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills to manage and co-ordinate the Community Resource Team’s business related fuctions.
This will include but is not limited to:
Performance management
Business planning
Risk management/ business continuity
Budget monitoring
Business improvement
Staff engagement
Health & safety
What We Are Looking For From You
The successful candidate will have a can do attitude and be able to perform in a fast paced work setting. You will be able to use your experience and creativity to assist the management team in responding positively to a rapidly changing environment in order to respond to the changing needs of the adults we support. This will be a challenging but rewarding role, contributing the work of Independent Living Services

Contracted hours will be 37 hours per week.
