Children’s Services are looking for a dynamic, proactive individual with administration experience who is interested in supporting the ARC, Edge of Care Regional service. The successful candidate will join a busy team at Neville Street, Cardiff.
About the job
As part of the Business Support role, duties will include a wide range of administrative tasks, including dealing with confidential information, processing petty cash claims and using the Children’s Services main database – Carefirst. You should have excellent communication and organisations skills and an ability to work with IT systems.
What We Are Looking For From You
Experience of working within an office environment would be an advantage but is not essential. You should have accurate word processing skills of 35 wpm and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast paced work setting. You will be required to work flexibly in order to respond positively to a rapidly changing environment and any emerging challenges.
This will be a challenging but rewarding role, contributing to the work of Children’s Services, making a difference to the lives of children, young people and their families.
