An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team to provide high quality business support to the National Adoption Service for Wales and Foster Wales. The National Adoption Service for Wales central team provides business and enabling support in adoption across Wales.
About the job
The successful candidate will be part of a small national team whose role is to provide responsive and high quality business support across an interesting and varied range of functions. This post will primarily support the Adoption functions in the team.
Cardiff Council hosts the central team for the National Adoption Service for Wales and Foster Wales. The staff are employed by Cardiff Council.

What We Are Looking For From You
We’re looking for a professional administrator who is accurate, organised and pays attention to detail, whilst providing a wide range of services. Services include support to meetings, minute taking, website updates and using Cardiff Council’s SAP finance system. Training and support will be provided. Business support is key to the delivery of services undertaken by the national team and its role in working with local authorities, regional services and partners across Wales to improve services for children, young people and their families.
