An exciting opportunity has arisen within Housing & Communities Service Area for a Complaints & Communications Officer.
The successful candidate will provide effective communications, responding to complaints and enquiries for the Quality & Appeals Team.
About the Job
The successful candidate will also be able to work to strict deadlines and be extremely flexible. You will have experience of working with IT systems, and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
What we are looking for from you
You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to draft excellent written correspondence for the Complaints, Review & Appeals Team within Housing & Communities.

This post is temporary until 31st March 2025.
