24/7 Services are looking for highly motivated individuals to join their team of Control Centre Operators.

About the job

The candidates will be responsible for handling a variety of Telecare and out of hours repair calls from start to finish.

What We Are Looking For From You

The candidates should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent with successful applicants possessing excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to adapt and learn quickly.

A positive and customer focused attitude is essential. The role operators over a 28 hour rotating shift pattern, meaning the successful candidate will work a combination of morning, afternoon and night shifts. the role has a 10% shift enhancement on the basic salary, time and a third for evening/night and time a half for weekends. A typical shift pattern is Monday, Tuesday, Saturday Sunday one week and Wednesday, Thursday Friday the following week. These will consist of 2 weeks of afternoon/evenings, 2 weeks of night shifts and 2 weeks of morning/afternoon shifts with an average of 3 to 4 days off between shifts. Additional hours/overtime may be available.

Additional information

A knowledge of Welsh would be an advantage but not essential.
