The process for dealing with damp and mould in council homes has undergone a recent review and an overhaul of the process is currently taking place with a detailed action plan and programme of work underway.
About the job
The Development Coordinator (DC) will support the delivery of the Damp and Mould Action Plan. They will assist in implementing a case management approach to all reports made. They will ensure a full package of support is given to the Contract Holder by adopting a coordinated approach to each case, working with several teams, making referrals where necessary.
The DC will also be responsible for monitoring trends in issues and highlighting them to the senior management team to inform decision making for new builds and planned works.
What We Are Looking For From You
SAP is the core system used by the team, and it is desirable that the successful candidate has previous experience in using this system.
The successful candidate will be very organised, have good attention to detail, strong analytical skills and will need to be an excellent communicator.

This post is temporary until 31st March 2025.
