The Document Management Team offer administrative support and a scanning and post service to a variety of departments within the Council.
About the job
To assist with the control of documents in physical and digital form including incoming and outgoing post, emails, scanning and indexing.
What We Are Looking For From You
The successful candidate will be very organised as they will be processing sensitive documentation and be willing and able to carry out a variety of different tasks. They will be able to work well with others and have good communication skills to ensure good customer service to the wider teams and effective completion of tasks within the team.
Additional information
This salary is subject to the Living Wage supplement, which brings pay rates up to £10.90 per hour (scp 3). This supplement will be reviewed in April 2024 and thereafter annually in April. Cardiff Council reserves the right to make any changes to, or removal of, the Living Wage supplement.
