An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual, with excellent customer service skills to join our Health and Wellbeing Engagement Team.
About the job
The successful candidate will coordinate and assist in the delivery of health and wellbeing work programmes e.g. Dementia, Unpaid Carers, HIV, Age Friendly city etc. You will work collaboratively with various partner organisations & public service partners to develop services and initiatives.
What We Are Looking For From You
A flexible approach will be required and an ability to work across all of the work programmes, contribute to project management and effective networking.
You will have excellent organisational & coordination skills, you will be required to monitor & map delivery.
You will have experience of report writing & maintaining excellent statistical records
You will have excellent customer service skills, be flexible to play an active part in the Hubs/Libraries teams ensuring that good communication is maintained within the team, and contribute to the work of the team as a whole.

The post is based at Dominions Way, Newport Road.
