About the job
The successful candidate will assist in coordinating and delivery of a Wellbeing Support service, working collaboratively with various partner organisations & advice agencies to provide a fully accessible coordinated holistic service.
What We Are Looking For From You
You will ensure practical Wellbeing Support for customers is appropriate to need, to enable customers to take an active role in managing and improving their health & wellbeing
You will have excellent organisational & coordination skills, you will be required to monitor referrals into the new service; map delivery and quality check provision citywide.
You will have experience of mentoring customers/staff and have experience of report writing & maintaining excellent statistical records
You will have excellent customer service skills, be flexible, play an active part in the Hubs/Libraries teams ensuring that good communication is maintained within the team, and contribute to the work of the team as a whole.

This post is temporary until 31stMarch 2024.
Internal candidates who wish to apply for this position on a secondment basis must obtain approval prior to application using Form SEC1 (4.C.081). The relevant Chief Officer may only approve requests or senior nominated officer graded no lower than OM2 or in the case of schools based staff the Headteacher / Governing Body.
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, Somali, Arabic or Polish would be an advantage.
Weekend and evening working will be required on a rota basis and location of work may vary.
