Cardiff Council aims to provide a high quality, accessible service. There is currently a vacancy for a HLS Co-ordinator within the Housing and Communities Landlord Services.
ABOUT THE JOB
Managing the administration of the HLS scheme to ensure payments are made in a timely manner to private landlords and RSLs on the scheme including annual rent reviews for landlords & payments of invoices.
Be point of contact for landlords ensuring they receive the support they need to provide a good service to our tenants.
Responsible for dealing with landlord notices received, suspending and the release of rent payments.
Ensuring that an effective customer service is provided and that proactive measures are taken to ensure the smooth running of the scheme.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU
You will have experience of working within an administration related environment and of using new technology, also a good standard of Data inputting,
Experience of working with customers, contractors, landlords and external providers.
You will need to have good communication and customer care skills and will be able to deal with any issues in a positive and constructive manner. You should also have the ability to work as part of a team, and be able to follow complex procedures.
