Join our team as an Implementation and Delivery Manager for Customer & Digital Services! We're seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for driving excellence in coordinating and delivering strategic capabilities and functions within the realm of Customer and Digital Services.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of key strategic initiatives aligned with corporate priorities, fostering our Digital First Approach. Your primary duties will include working with the IT management team to co-ordinate the implementation of innovative solutions. You will also play a crucial role in working with project teams supporting the change management, embedding and delivery of solutions whilst engaging, communicating with, and managing a diverse array of stakeholders. Building and maintaining these relationships will be essential for achieving successful project outcomes.

The post holder should be experienced in managing relationships with various stakeholder groups and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and in budget. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of working within agile delivery projects that have led to successful outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of the latest trends in the development of digital services, new technologies in use and a knowledge of the legislative requirements surrounding accessibility and the Welsh Language standards.
