About the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Integrated Family Support Service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Social Worker to join a multi-disciplinary team. We are a regional team, delivering intensive interventions with families to achieve and sustain significant changes in relation to substance misuse, mental health and/or domestic abuse.
What We Are Looking For From You
- You will need to be passionate and committed to using strength based approaches.
- You must have experience of working with families with complex needs involving Child Protection issues.
- Have the ability to work positively to achieve change and make a difference whilst working effectively with other agencies and colleagues.
- This role requires you to have a Social Work degree and be registered with Social Care Wales.
