About The Service
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to create and implement a fit for purpose marketing strategy for 24/7 services. We are developing and expanding the service to provide a customer focused response on a range of services, which include Telecare, Meals on Wheels, the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and Out of Hours Council services. This will be provided to the people of Cardiff and other service users through multiple channels of access including telephone, e-mail, Telecare and Lone Worker systems.

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in the business development and maximising business opportunities for the whole service.
What We Are Looking For From You
The successful candidate is likely to be a team player with the ability to establish strong working relationships with internal departments and external organisations. The post holder will be working on external communications to customers and businesses and understand the benefits of using various methods of communication – events, website, social media etc. A good awareness of the market would be beneficial along with a creative mind to implement business ideas.
Additional information
Due to the nature of the role, a DBS check will be required.
