About the job
Working within the Advice Section of the Adults, Housing and Communities department, the Mentor post will be responsible for supporting members of staff and carrying out relevant quality checks.
You will work with the Project Manager to develop procedures and carry out training where required.
What We Are Looking For From You
The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Housing and Welfare Reform and Welfare benefits together with experience of supporting others and providing informal training and advice.
You will need to be approachable and adaptable, as the team is often called upon at short notice to assist with the implementation of various schemes.

This post is temporary until the 31st March 2024.
