About The Service
The Into Work Advice Service provides support to people across the city who are actively seeking employment or looking to upskill; the team is able to offer support and intensive mentoring through externally funded projects, volunteering opportunities and access to free digital and work skills training courses.
The Into Work Advice Service is made up of a number of different streams including, the Gateway (job club support), Employment Mentoring projects, Volunteering, Employer Liaison, Adult Learning, Digital Skills and Quality Support.
About the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual with proven coordination skills to join our Into Work Advice Service Team
The postholder will support the development and maintenance of digital content across a variety of platforms. With focus on delivering high quality customer centred content to be published Into Work Advice Services Social Media platforms, customer facing websites, app and webchat interface.
The postholder will liaise with internal teams to create content for digital platforms. The postholder will be responsible for collating stats to share with the Into Work coordinator as part of the wider provision.
What We Are Looking For From You
You will have the ability to develop Into Work Advice Services Social Media platforms, the Into Work website, app and Webchat facility.
A good team player with a positive attitude who can manage their time effectively across a number of digital projects.
You must understand the value of developing inclusive customer centred online content.
You must be well-organised, punctual and a self-starter.
We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in their work.
Additional information
This post is temporary until 31/03/2026.
The post will be required to work from a number of different locations, including Central Library Hub and other community Hub buildings.
This post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced check.
