An exciting opportunity has arisen within Housing & Communities Service Area for a temporary part-time (18.5 hours a week) Opti-Time Scheduler within the Responsive Repairs Unit.

The successful candidate will provide effective scheduling management and act as a single point of contact for queries and issues

What We Are Looking For From You

You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to maintain business information and data systems. You will be able to work in a busy office environment where taking telephone calls is a key part of the role. You will also be able to work to strict deadlines and be extremely flexible. You will have experience of working with IT systems and the ability to work as part of a team is essential as well as your using own initiative.

 

Additional information

This post is part-time 18.5 hours a week.

This post is temporary until 30th September 2022.
