About the job
You will assist in providing a safe, calm and managed environment for both staff and public to enjoy. You will have previous security experience, have confidence in your abilities and professionalism when dealing with escalations.
What We Are Looking For From You
The successful applicants will have previous experience of working in a customer service environment and the ability to adapt quickly. You will have previous key holding experience as well as basic computer skills to report incidents. You will be required to work on a rota basis to include Saturdays: shifts will be variable according to needs of the service. The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, Somali, Arabic or Polish would be an advantage. The successful candidates will also play a lead role in promoting equalities for the service as a whole.

This post is part time and will work 12 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. The salary shown however relates to 37 hours per week and will therefore be pro-rata'd accordingly.
