You will be responsible for developing the new Tenancy Hardship Grant Scheme funded by Welsh Government.
What We Are Looking For From You
The successful applicant will need to have strong leadership skills and a knowledge of the Tenancy Hardship Grant Scheme.
You will have experience of providing excellent customer service. You will have exceptional communication and IT skills, you must have good communication and organisational skills and be committed to meeting customer needs.
This is a challenging position requiring the ability to meet deadlines and to ensure all claims made to Welsh Government are accurate and made in a timely manner.

This post is temporary until 31st March 2022.
