Childrens Services have created a new team to focus on expanding and strengthening the current and future workforce. The purpose of this team will be to focus on the recruitment and retention of both permanent and agency staff.
About the job
You will be working as part of a team providing an effective business support and administrative service, supporting the training officers with the procurement and organising of training.
Part of the daily duties will consist of working alongside the training officers to organise all the training courses, promoting these across childrens services and looking after the bookings on the internal system.
You will be responsible for maintaining databases and help provide statistical figures/reports when necessary.
What We Are Looking For From You
You must have the ability to work as part of a team, showing a willingness to assist others but also being able to work independently and prioritise your own workload. On occasions you will be asked to undertake work at short notice providing simple reports so knowledge of using Microsoft programs is desirable.
