About the job
As the Senior Debt Enforcement Officer, you will provide day to day support to the Debt Enforcement Manager and be responsible for the collection of sundry debts including housing benefit overpayments, former tenant arrears, rechargeable repairs and leasehold service charges.
What We Are Looking For From You
You will have a good knowledge of debt recovery and have good knowledge of procedures and legislation in relation to debt recovery.
You will have experience of providing excellent customer service, work well in a team and have a flexible approach. You will have exceptional communication and IT skills and the ability to resolve disputes in a positive and constructive manner. Experience of supervising others would also be an advantage.
