About the job
Working within the Advice Section of the Adults, Housing and Communities department, the Service Development & Improvement Officer will be responsible for managing the day to day running of training courses and supporting the Advice Training Team.
You will independently develop and deliver a range of courses including Welfare Benefits, Housing, and Money Advice to internal staff and stakeholders and carry out any related quality checks needed within the Housing and Communities service.
The team is currently working towards the accreditation of training and of the advice services and you will play a significant part in this piece of work
What We Are Looking For From You
The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Welfare Benefits, Money Advice and Housing together with experience of supporting others and providing training and advice. You should have experience of working with complex legislation

This post is temporary until the 31st March 2023.
