About the job
The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing the safe and together model in relation to domestic abuse within the Interventions Hub.
Come join us and be part of a newly established team who focus on early help and prevention. The Interventions Hub is essential in helping families get the right help at the right time. That’s why we are developing our early intervention and prevention services to make sure families can access a range of services and tiered support to prevent the need for statutory social work intervention.
What We Are Looking For From You
You will carry out assessments, care planning, person centre planning and with a focus on your care management skills working actively with all partners to identify and meet individuals care support needs. You will be delivering direct interventions with families and using initiative and flexibility to be creative with work. Our supportive teams will actively encourage you to develop your professional skills with access to regular support, supervision and training.
You will need to be a registered Social Worker, have excellent skills in assessment and the ability to write concise records and reports. Being a good team player with excellent communication and organisation skills is vital for this role.
