Cardiff Councils Supported Accommodation Service provide accommodation, advice and support to vulnerable single people and families in housing need. We support people using a person centred approach and work with a variety of external agencies to meet their support and housing needs.
Our services run 24/7 365 days a year.
About the job
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that deliver accommodation provision to single people.
The post will form part of a team who are responsible for all aspects of managing a supported accommodation unit including building management, housing management, day-to-day running of the service and engaging with residents.
The working pattern is 3 x 12 hour shifts per week from 19.45pm to 8.15am which include weekends and bank holidays.

We are looking for dynamic, motivated and creative individuals with the ability to foster positive relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity and we are looking for a variety of people from various working backgrounds to make a real difference. Proven experience of working with people with complex behaviours and an understanding of the issues faced by homeless individuals will be an advantage
The working environment can be challenging so the ability to remain calm under pressure will be an required. The role will also require the successful candidate to support the management team with all aspects of the service.
