About The Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Housing & Communities for Skilled Trade Operatives based within Responsive Repairs Unit:

The successful candidate will ensure an excellent responsive repairs service is delivered by ensuring repairs are attended and completed within timescales, giving excellent customer service to the tenants within their own specific trades.

 

About the job

The successful candidate will have NVQ2, City and Guilds or equivalent in their relevant trade, and have excellent communications skills, with a strong track record of working in a construction/maintenance workplace

What We Are Looking For From You

The successful individuals will need to be competent whilst working as a mobile operative, arranging and communicating daily with tenants, administration staff and technical managers by means of telephone, email and PDA applications
