Cardiff Council is looking to recruit a highly motivated individual with good resource management and people skills to lead and motivate a team of Benefit staff.

The post holder will be responsible for actively managing the performance and development of a large team of benefit staff and will also take responsibility for the administration of grants from the Welsh Government
What We Are Looking For From You
The successful applicant will have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to achieve high quality customer service. An in-depth knowledge of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction and extensive experience of working within a benefit environment are also essential.
