About The Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 individuals to assist with the implementation of corporate digital initiatives such as SharePoint Online.

You will be part of the Digital Delivery Team who work in Customer and Digital Services and work with service areas to develop and deliver digital products that benefit the organisation and our customers.

About the job

A key role in successful change projects, you will assist Service Areas and Business Units to identify data and processes for short term project implementations.

Working with Service Areas, liaising with ICT and Information Management, to ensure the delivery activity and implementation is in compliance with corporate requirements, policies, procedures and governance standards.

You will be responsible for delivering key digital initiatives, such as SharePoint online.

What We Are Looking For From You

The successful candidates will have an in-depth knowledge and experience of working with cloud based tools (SharePoint Online, Office 365 etc.). You will have the ability to present complex information in plain language to reach a wide audience and develop and maintain effective working relationships.

We encourage applicants with a professional manner, with proven organisational skills, excellent communication skills and an ability to prioritise workloads to produce work of a consistently high standard.

These roles are pivotal in the implementation of SharePoint Online and other digital initiatives throughout the authority and has the opportunity to shape the way in which services are delivered.
