The successful post holder will demonstrate excellent customer services skills, be confident working within a multi-disciplinary team and display sensitivity and competence in the management of confidential personal information. You will be dealing with daily queries regarding the scheme by managing the team mailbox and will need to be extremely organised with good writing and time management skills.
You will receive full training to succeed in the role and be given intensive support as a new starter to enable you to develop your skills quickly and make a significant contribution to the work of the team through effective and accurate administration and business support. Below are some of the tasks you will complete in this role, for which you will receive training and support from the Team: • Provide administrative, finance and grant management support • Establish and maintain a coherent file management system using Sharepoint and to work as the site administrator, saving documents in the correct location, assisting staff to locate key information and files and supporting the team to manage their workflow through tools such as Microsoft Planner. • Support general project administration by scheduling meetings and ensuring the effective maintenance of up-to-date contract meetings |

The successful candidate will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritise their work. You’ll have good numeracy skills and attention to detail, showing that you can handle budgetary and financial data accurately, and that you are able to use Microsoft programmes such as Excel, Sharepoint and Teams.
