An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the into work advice service. The into work advice service supports individuals who are looking for work or to upskill. The team is dispersed across the city supporting customers who require one to one personalised digital or training support.
About the job
This post will work within our Digital Engagement Team, assisting the Digital Co-ordinator with the development of ongoing digital inclusion projects across Cardiff.
The post holder will be liaising with third sector organisations, internal teams and charities to initiate referral pathways, assist with creating bespoke training and development offers and extend digital access opportunities in Cardiff.
The post holder will be responsible for ongoing marketing and awareness campaigns alongside supporting digital trainee officers with delivering targeted digital support. We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of digital skills and is competent with a range of technologies, softwares and systems.
What we are looking for from you
You will have experience of working with individuals who face complex barriers.
You will have experience of liaising with partners / stakeholders, providing tailored support as required. You will have good communication, excellent IT skills, and the ability to resolve disputes in a positive and constructive manner.
You will work well in a team, have excellent communication skills and have a flexible approach.
