About The Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outcome Delivery Officer with strong analytical skills to support the central Children and Communities Grant Team.

The Welsh Government Children and Communities Grant seeks to address the support needs of the most vulnerable children and adults in our communities through a range of early interventions, prevention and support mechanisms.

The team monitors outcome data from providers who receive funding in Cardiff; ensuring that the best outcomes are achieved for the children, families and young people with which our services work. We work with providers both internal and external to the council, including the third sector.

Cardiff is a fantastic place to live and work. Cardiff stands proud as the capital of, and largest city in, Wales. It has a distinctive character with an excellent quality of life and an international reputation for its wide range of cultural, sporting and family attractions.

Cardiff was recently voted Europe’s ‘third best’ capital city to live in by the European Union survey and it is clear to see why. Is this the right time for you to work in the capital city of Wales and its vibrant and diverse communities and range of different working experiences? We would love to hear from you.
