About The Service
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Housing and Communities Directorate for a Family Gateway Contact Officer at the new Cardiff Family Advice and Support Service.
This new service is fundamental to delivering the Councils ‘no wrong door’ approach to ensuring that children, young people and their families are provided with the right support at the right time. By providing help at the lowest level of intervention, this new service aims to reduce the number of families requiring remedial intervention, ensuring that all families can achieve their very best outcomes.
