The Hub Officer will be responsible for supporting customers using Hubs & Libraries to resolve advice enquiries, provide customer focused delivery of Hub & Library services and information provision
About the job
To provide a professional Advice Service, by telephone or face to face covering all aspects of Housing Benefit, Council Tax, Welfare Benefit, Welfare Reform, Money Advice, Housing Enquiries, Homeless prevention and a wide range of general Council services.
What We Are Looking For From You
You will have experience of working with customers, preferably on a face to face basis with a commitment to providing high quality customer service. You will have good communication and IT skills and the ability to resolve disputes.

This vacancy is temporary until 31 March 2022.
