An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Outreach/ Mobile team. You will assist with the delivery of a high quality library service.
About the job
The successful applicant will be required to deliver a high quality, customer focused service to members of the public via the Mobile Library Service and work collaboratively with various partner organisations to provide a holistic service to customers.
What We Are Looking For From You
You will have experience of providing excellent customer service, work well in a team and have a flexible approach. You will have exceptional communication and IT skills and the ability to resolve disputes in a positive and constructive manner.
Additional information
Saturday working will be required on a rota basis and location of work may vary.

Full clean UK driving licence obtained prior to January 1997, or at least a clean C1 category licence if obtained post January 1997.
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, Somali, Arabic or Polish would be an advantage.
