About The Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen for committed individuals within the Housing & Communities Building Improvement Unit Planned Maintenance Team for the post of a Planned Maintenance Coordinator.

The Planned Maintenance Team carry out planned programmed maintenance works on domestic properties, communal areas and Operational Buildings within the Communities Portfolio.  This work can range from roof replacement, painting schemes, external wall insulation, fire damages, etc.

About the job

You will be required to assist the planned team in monitoring, reviewing, coordinating works streams to deliver the planned maintenance programme of works.

Updating documents on Health & Safety, meetings, contract documents and programmes.

What We Are Looking For From You

Knowledge and experience of programming works, filing, updating spreadsheets, SharePoint and databases assisting in compiling reports to ensure all information received meets current regulations and legislation.

You will have experience of providing excellent customer service, the ability to resolve disputes in a positive and constructive manner with our customers and contractors. work well in a team and have a flexible approach. You will have exceptional communication and IT skills and

You will be required to give guidance and support to other internal departments and customers on any planned maintenance programme queries.

Have full use of your own vehicle and full driving licence as site visits to projects and site offices will be required.

The post-holder will be required to provide comprehensive verbal and written responses to enquiries from internal departments and external organisations.
