About the job

The successful candidate will provide an efficient and effective project support across Development and Regeneration.  The Project Support Officer will provide an efficient and effective administration and project support across the whole of Development and Regeneration team, with a significant emphasis on SAP, raising Purchase Orders, payment of bills/invoices through the SAP System, and Direct Payments, ensuring spreadsheets are updated and liaising with Project Managers.  The post holder will manage a number of mailboxes, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained, as well as prioritising customer care throughout our projects.

What We Are Looking For From You

It is essential that you have experience of working in an administration/project support role with excellent communication and organisation skills.  You will also need to have excellent ICT skills, working experience of SAP (or a similar system) and be able to work under pressure as well as on your own initiative.
