This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and enthusiastic Surveyor to work within the Council’s busy Strategic Estates team to assist in the delivery of the Council’s Estate Strategy.
About the job
This is a key role in the Strategic Estates team undertaking all aspects of general estate management primarily within the Council’s Investment property portfolio, including valuation work, Landlord and Tenant negotiations, and the acquisition and disposal of property.
What We Are Looking For From You
We are seeking an enthusiastic surveyor, ideally with good negotiations skills and experience in landlord and tenant, acquisition and disposal of property and general estate management.
