About The Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual, with excellent customer service skills to join our Tenants Together team. The team supports customers by providing advice on a wide range of council services and creating opportunities for residents to become engaged in their communities.

About the job

The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of the Tenants Together team, manage a small team, provide a high standard of customer service for tenants and leaseholders, focus on opportunities to encourage feedback and organise community events and activities. You will work collaboratively with various partner organisations & advice agencies to provide a fully accessible coordinated holistic service.

You will ensure that we listen to feedback from Tenants and Leaseholders to shape service delivery.

Weekend and evening working will be required on a rota basis and location of work may vary.

What We Are Looking For From You

You will have excellent organisational, coordination skills and the ability to promote the service to ensure effective engagement.

You will have experience of mentoring/managing staff and have experience of maintaining excellent statistical records 

You will have excellent customer service skills, be flexible, play an active part in the team ensuring that good communication is maintained, and contribute to the work of the team.

The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, Somali, Arabic or Polish would be an advantage.
