This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Social Worker/ Personal Adviser Teams and managers across the service , to support and assist in the improvement of service delivery.

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and motivated individuals to provide administrative support and Reception duties (both face-to-face and over the phone) including:
- Data processing
- Maintaining and updating computerised databases
- Organise / Maintain Diaries
- Support to meetings
- General operational support to the team
- Cash handling as required
What We Are Looking For From You
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent customer care skills, clear verbal and written communication skills and proven keyboard and database skills. You will also need excellent telephone skills, and the ability to produce accurate high quality work, alongside proven organisational skills.
The position involves a wide, varied and often changing range of tasks, so you would need to use your initiative, be able to work under pressure in a busy environment, and be committed to provide the best service possible to those requiring support.
You need to have a non-judgemental approach to people who are accessing services and must be willing to work flexibly as part of a team to meet changing service needs - which may include working from other bases.
The ability to use Welsh in the workplace would also be desirable.
