About the job
The successful applicant will assist the Volunteer Coordinator to recruit, train, support and coordinate volunteers. Working with community organisations, businesses and managers to provide guidance and support for the volunteers they are hosting.
You will need to be able to communicate well in different settings, work well in a team, and have a positive attitude to new challenges with a willingness to adapt quickly to change.
Experience of creating and delivering informal training, personal development programmes whilst following systems, policies and procedures. A good working knowledge of common ICT software applications is needed and able to advise others on their use
What We Are Looking For From You
Experience of recruiting volunteers in a community setting would be a considerable advantage but is not essential, as training will be provided.

This post is temporary until 31st March 2024.
