Applying for a school place is often the first contact parents and families have with the education system. This is a fast-moving environment, requiring an ability to engage with both parents and schools.
About the job
Working as a member of a team in the Education Directorate, you will assist with the arrangements for the admission of children and young people across the 3-16 range and in year school transfers to Cardiff community schools.
What We Are Looking For From You
You will need to understand, support and provide advice to parents and families, in line with the legislation.
You will also be expected to work with digital technology to provide effective and efficient administration, verification and allocation of school places.
